At Sublime Catering, we pride ourselves on preparing our food from scratch, using the freshest of ingredients. Our baked goods including whole breads, buns and delicious finger food pastries are made and baked on-site in our rural commercial kitchen. We take care in ensuring our food celebrates its true flavour, is presented with flair and that every dish tastes sublime.
We make our own chutneys, relishes and dips for our platters. We have an orchard and garden where we source many of the fresh ingredients. We even share our famous Tomato Kasundi at the local market.
Sublime Catering operates out of a fully registered commercial kitchen in the beautiful Eastern Bay of Plenty. We follow the Simply Safe and Suitable Food Control Plan managed by the Whakatane District Council. Our staff are trained on site in all areas of food safety relevant to our scope of operation and follow best practice personal and food hygiene directives outlined by management.
